Premium Lounge
Visa Application Centre in Istanbul and Ankara offers comfortable and privileged service for submission
of visa applications in Premium Lounge for an additional service charge.
Premium Lounge Service is a facility offered to visa applicants for submitting their visa applications in
a comfortable environment for an additional service charge out of turn without any general queues.
Premium Lounge service offers following services:
- comfortable atmosphere;
- special assistance offered by Visa Application Centre employee;
- Printing and photocopying facility;
- tea/coffee, soft drinks and refreshments;
- television, magazines and newspapers;
- the ability to pay for all services in the premium lounge avoiding the common cashier desks
- Apart from the above mentioned services, visa application form filling by qualified employees is
offered free of charge for applicants availing premium lounge service.
- Visa fees, service fees and any other additional services opted by applicant during submission will
not be included in the price.
- Please note that Premium Lounge has no influence on the visa decision making process or the
processing time.
- Kindly be informed that only applicants themselves are allowed to be present in Premium Lounge
during submission process. Also parents / legal guardians are allowed to accompany minors.
Courier Service
Turkiye is a fairly wide spread country and distances to travel from one place to another can be time
consuming, expensive and of course tiring. To facilitate applicants, Application Centre has contracted
with PTT in Turkiye where your passport/documents can be returned through a courier service. With an
excellent track record, PTT is able to deliver packages in almost every part of Turkiye at your doorstep
– saving applicants lot of time and money!

Note: You need to provide proof of identity of the applicant or the representative at the time of
collecting the shipment through courier.
Photocopy and Photograph
Applicants can avail the photocopy and the photograph services at the Visa Application Center.
