IMPORTANT NOTICE – TRP AND RES CATEGORIES
Applicants applying under the TRP (Self-Employed) and RES
categories are required to make the 13 USD TASA (tax) payment at the Istanbul
Consulate General, Monday and Thursday, between 13:30 and 14:30.
Applicants must submit their visa application together with the payment receipt
after completing the payment.
This notice is valid only for the Istanbul region.
Important Notice on Visa Appointment System
Effective 01 August, changes have been introduced to the visa appointment system to ensure
transparency and applicant security.
Applications will only be accepted if the appointment has been booked directly by the applicant
or in their presence
At the time of submission, applicants will be required to confirm their identity through facial
liveness verification at the BLS office.
The appointment details, including the applicant’s image and category, will be verified against
the system records.
In case of any discrepancy, the application will not be accepted, and the applicant will be
required to book a new appointment.
This process has been implemented to safeguard applicants and maintain the integrity of the
appointment system. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Important Announcement for Georgian Citizen Applicants
Applicants traveling from Georgia are required to contact our office by email in advance to
arrange an appointment date before coming to Türkiye. Please do not travel before receiving
confirmation of your appointment.
Only applicants with a confirmed appointment date will be accepted for file submission and
related procedures.
IMPORTANT NOTICE (Attention)
BLS International does not communicate with applicants via WhatsApp under any
circumstances. It does not request any guarantee fee, deposit, or additional payment under any
name.
Please do not trust any individuals or organizations claiming to arrange appointments in
exchange for money using the name of BLS International.
All appointment procedures are carried out exclusively through the official website.
For your security, we strongly encourage you to report any suspicious activity to the relevant
authorities.
Appointments can only be booked through the BLS website.
The authorized service fee payable to BLS International is 20 USD, and payment must be made in
USD.
Visa Fees
- 0–6 years Exempt from visa fee
- 6–12 years: 53 USD + 20 USD
- 12 years and above: 106 USD + 20 USD
- Additional services such as photocopying, courier, SMS, etc., are charged in Turkish Lira.
- Only cash payments are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted.
Passport Collection
If applicants wish to collect their passports from the office, they must come in person or
authorize someone via a notarized power of attorney.
Passport collection hours are between 14:00 – 16:00.
Appointments for Family Members
For provinces under the jurisdiction of the Ankara Embassy, appointments of family members taken
on different dates cannot be combined. Each applicant must attend on their own appointment date
and time.
Processing Time Warning
There must be at least:
- 15 working days between application and travel date for applications made at Istanbul and
Ankara offices
- 20 working days for applications made at Izmir, Antalya, and Gaziantep offices
Processing times may vary depending on travel dates.
Foreign Nationals
Foreign nationals residing in provinces under the Ankara Embassy and holding long-term residence
permits must submit all documents translated into Spanish by a sworn translator.
Applicants with short-term residence permits cannot apply for a visa in any jurisdiction without
prior approval from the Consulate or Embassy.
All appointments must be booked via the official BLS International website.
Please avoid purchasing appointments through third parties, as this is a fraudulent practice
strongly condemned by BLS International.
We advise applicants to be cautious of fraudulent agencies charging fees for appointment
bookings.
Do not make payments to personal bank accounts.
Always request a receipt for any optional value-added services provided at our centers.
