1- All appointments must be scheduled only through the official BLS website.

a) Please see the website for authorized service fees payable to BLS International. Visa fees and BLS Service fees will be charged in USD. These are the only fees you have to pay for the appointment and the visa.
Optional and voluntary value-added services BLS services will be paid in TL.

b) Please be wary of intermediaries who sell visa appointments outside our centre and/or online under the name BLS International.

c) Applications will only be accepted if the appointment has been obtained by the applicant himself. You can download the forms from https://turkey.blsspainvisa.com During the online submission of the application, applicants will be asked to verify their identity by using a facial liveness verification. Both the appointment voucher and the live camera image must show the applicant. Appointment data, including applicant photograph and application category, will be compared and verified with system records. In case of any discrepancy, the application will not be accepted.

d) Our staff will never ask visa applicants to pay cash or any other payment to make an appointment, expedite the visa application process, get an earlier appointment or influence the decision-making process. Please avoid purchasing appointments through a third party or agents who charge clients for appointment bookings: this is a fraudulent practice. Be aware of fraudulent individuals or groups misusing the name of BLS International and claiming that they can arrange appointments in exchange for money. Do not trust or make any payments to such requests.
BLS International does not contact applicants via WhatsApp under any circumstances. We do not request any kind of deposit, guarantee fee, or extra payment.

e) Optional value-added services offered by BLS are only applicable to persons who already have an appointment. There is no fast-track to appointments. Always ask for a receipt for these optional value-added services offered at our centre.

f) If you have evidence of any criminal act or administrative infraction linked to the process of getting visa appointments, you must immediately report them to the relevant Turkish authorities. Regarding any suspicion of potentially fraudulent activities, please report them to antifraud@blsinternational.com as well as to the Embassy and the Consulate General.

2- BLS Spain Visa Application Centre does not provide any other services other than receiving and processing Spanish visa applications authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain. The decision on the granting of visa is made solely by the competent authorities and BLS International has no role or influence in this process.

3- You need to have at least 15 working days between the application date and the planned travel date. For BLS Antalya and Izmir Centres it is 20 working days before the travel date. Applications which do not have these 15/20 days ahead may not be acceptable.

4- Citizens of foreign countries who have a long-term residence permit in Turkey must have all their documents translated into Spanish by a sworn translator.

5- Short-term residence cardholders are not eligible to apply for a visa in any of the jurisdictions without prior approval from the Consulate or the Embassy.

6- Please note that your passports for which a visa decision has been issued will only be returned to you by courier.

7- Please note that applicants in Istanbul do not need to obtain an appointment online for such visas as: cases of loss or theft; family reunification; studies longer than 90 days; and work visas when the applicant has already obtained the “Documento de autorización de residencia por trabajo”. They may go directly to BLS International Services any day, except Wednesdays.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – VISA APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Visa appointment slots will be released on the 1st and 16th of each month at 09:00 AM (Türkiye local time).

Minimum Time Between Appointment and Travel Date:

Applicants must ensure that there is a sufficient interval between their appointment date and intended travel date, as follows:

• Ankara and Istanbul Visa Application Centres: At least 15 working days.
• Izmir, Antalya and Gaziantep Visa Application Centres: At least 20 working days.

Family Appointment Policy

Families applying together with children under the age of 18 must book an appointment under the “Family Appointment” category.

Applicants aged 18 and above must book separate individual appointments.

Applicants are kindly requested to take these requirements into consideration when booking their appointments and planning their travel.

Important Notice on Visa Appointment System

Effective 01 August, changes have been introduced to the visa appointment system to ensure transparency and applicant security.

Applications will only be accepted if the appointment has been booked directly by the applicant or in their presence

At the time of submission, applicants will be required to confirm their identity through facial liveness verification at the BLS office.

The appointment details, including the applicant’s image and category, will be verified against the system records.

In case of any discrepancy, the application will not be accepted, and the applicant will be required to book a new appointment.

This process has been implemented to safeguard applicants and maintain the integrity of the appointment system. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Important Announcement for Georgian Citizen Applicants

Applicants traveling from Georgia are required to contact our office by email in advance to arrange an appointment date before coming to Türkiye. Please do not travel before receiving confirmation of your appointment.

Only applicants with a confirmed appointment date will be accepted for file submission and related procedures.

BLS International does not communicate with applicants via WhatsApp under any circumstances. It does not request any guarantee fee, deposit, or additional payment under any name.
Please do not trust any individuals or organizations claiming to arrange appointments in exchange for money using the name of BLS International. All appointment procedures are carried out exclusively through the official website.
For your security, we strongly encourage you to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Appointments can only be booked through the BLS website.

The authorized service fee payable to BLS International is 20 USD, and payment must be made in USD.

Visa Fees

• 0–6 years Exempt from visa fee
• 6–12 years: 53 USD + 20 USD
• 12 years and above: 106 USD + 20 USD
• Additional services such as photocopying, courier, SMS, etc., are charged in Turkish Lira.
• Only cash payments are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted.

Passport Collection

If applicants wish to collect their passports from the office, they must come in person or authorize someone via a notarized power of attorney.

Passport collection hours are between 14:00 – 16:00.

Appointments for Family Members

For provinces under the jurisdiction of the Ankara Embassy, appointments of family members taken on different dates cannot be combined. Each applicant must attend on their own appointment date and time.

Processing Time Warning

There must be at least:

• 15 working days between application and travel date for applications made at Istanbul and Ankara offices
• 20 working days for applications made at Izmir, Antalya, and Gaziantep offices

Processing times may vary depending on travel dates.

Foreign Nationals

Foreign nationals residing in provinces under the Ankara Embassy and holding long-term residence permits must submit all documents translated into Spanish by a sworn translator.

Applicants with short-term residence permits cannot apply for a visa in any jurisdiction without prior approval from the Consulate or Embassy.

All appointments must be booked via the official BLS International website.

Please avoid purchasing appointments through third parties, as this is a fraudulent practice strongly condemned by BLS International.

We advise applicants to be cautious of fraudulent agencies charging fees for appointment bookings.

Do not make payments to personal bank accounts.

Always request a receipt for any optional value-added services provided at our centers.
